Melissa brings 20+ years of experience at the intersection of design, innovation, and organizational systems — with global expertise built across multiple continents and dozens of industries.

She started her career in graphic and experience design, then spent years embedded with product teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional organizations — learning, firsthand, how much organizational friction gets created when design and strategy operate in silos.

Na-Mii is the practice she built to fix that. A creative agency where design and communications work together, where strategy informs every deliverable, and where the work is measured not just by how it looks — but by how well the organization behind it is moving.

Her work has spanned cybersecurity, developer tools, food & beverage, health & wellness, fashion, retail, and the nonprofit sector — from venture-funded startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
